The temple executive committee of “Los Angeles Hindu Temple”, do hereby solemnly decide to establish and maintain the temple of worship conforming to establish Hindu religious customs and traditions, meeting spiritual aspiration of the Hindu community.
The members and volunteers of this non-profit organization sincerely believe in the teachings of the Hindu Philosophy based on Sanatan Dharma.

LAHT shall conduct daily worship services in accordance with traditional Hindu rituals and customs. To enhance the understanding of Hindu religion and philosophy for the present and future generation, temple shall be used for following Cultural Festivals:

  • Holi the Festival of Colour
  • Diwali the Festival of Lights for Rama-chandra the seventh avatar
  • Ganesha Chaturthi the birth of Ganesha
  • Raksha Bandhan or the ‘bond of protection’ is all about the love between brothers and sisters.

All the Members, Volunteers and Hindu community around the Temple who believe in Hindu rituals and customs.

Available throughout the day and in accordance with the events or programs; wide variety of relevant ritual arrangements and support materials to embed and sustain Hinduism are also available.
